Our great ancestors were slaves in the United States, yet they maintained the intellectual capital that would shape their future and the generations to come.

After emancipation, they built-starting with what they knew best: agriculture, wine and spirits farming, rye seed, and timber production and sales.

Today, we and our contemporaries expand on that foundation-leveraging inherited and acquired assets to lead in software, technology, and investments while never forgetting where we came from.
